- Improving how a team uses AI
Free training for adults coming back to work. Start by finding the job path that fits you. Then learn the AI skills that go with it — safely, and at your own pace.
Twenty-eight short questions, about ten minutes. No right answers, nothing marked, and nobody else sees it. At the end you get the path that suits you best, what you are already good at, and what to build first.
It asks three things: what you want from work, what you can do now, and what you would do in a real situation.
You can take it before you sign up for anything. Your answers stay in your own browser — nothing is sent anywhere.
Start the self-assessment Paper versionPrint it, or open the Word version to adapt or translate it.
No path is ever closed to you. This is a suggestion, not a decision.
Four job paths. Each is five lessons, twelve to seventeen hours, and ends in a certificate. Every lesson is a real task from that job, done with an AI assistant — and checked before it is used.

Answer customers well, with an assistant that sometimes invents things.

Correspondence, spreadsheets and documents — without handing over private data.

Diaries, inboxes and travel across time zones, for somebody who depends on you.

Posts, visuals and replies that are honest, legal and worth reading.
About three hours per lesson. A step opens when the one before it is finished, so nothing is skipped — and you can stop and come back where you left off.
A real situation from the job.
Understand the problem, and build the knowledge behind it.
Deepen your skills with extra resources and materials.
Understand the AI tool categories, and which one this job needs.
A demonstration video — the method worked through on a different case.
Solve the problem yourself. The autonomy is yours.
Apply the skill in situations you have not met before.
A quiz, a reflection, and the badge.
Not a certificate of attendance. Each badge records what you can do, how it was assessed, and which European framework it maps to — so an employer can check it.
Earned by finishing the lesson, passing the scenario exercise and passing the quiz. It carries its own evidence inside the image file.
Released when all five lesson badges are earned and the thirty-question final test is passed. Downloads as a PDF.
